BITS Download Manager unleashes the power of BITS by extending the Internet Explorer context menu with a new option, "Download with BITS".
In many ways BITS Download Manager is similar to other commonly available download managers. For example it does, of course, resume interrupted file transfers and it supports http transfers. Please try it before you buy it to see if it fits your needs.
