TrackLink is an IDE plug-in that provides integrated issue tracking with Mozilla's Bugzilla and Atlassian JIRA.

It is able to retrieve information from Deskzilla or JIRA Client, present it inside IDE and link source code and issues.

At the moment, only IntelliJ IDEA (version 5.1 and later) is supported. Support for Eclipse is comming next.

Here are some key features of "TrackLink":

  • View issues in IDE;
  • Place links to issues in source code comments;
  • View and monitor query result in a tool window;
  • Mark issues as active with "start work/stop work" actions;
  • Track associations between changes in the source code and active issues;
  • Automatically generate VCS commit log message;
  • Search links to issues both in the source code and in VCS.

    Requirements
  • Host application: either Deskzilla 1.2.1 or JIRA Client 0.5 (or later);
  • IDE: IntelliJ IDEA 5.1
